Surfing Sunshine Coast Queensland

The Sunshine Coast Queensland often comes second to the Gold Coast as a holiday destination but is a far more idyllic location. With its beautiful beaches, hinterland and relaxing lifestyle it is the perfect place to unwind. For all your Flights and Accommodation to the Sunshine  Coast go to rivierabookings.  From Caloundra to Noosa you will find bike and pedestrian paths the whole way along, and a coastline that is so picturesque.

Hikes & Waterfalls

The hinterland and coastline on the Sunshine Coast Queensland have some amazing hikes and waterfalls that are easily accessible for everyone. Mount Coolum is only a 20 minute drive from either Mooloolaba or Noosa and can be quit challenging.  Once you reach the top the views are amazing. Noosa National Park is also a favourite for many locals and holiday stayers, it has 5 different walking trails the longest being 8km with many stops along the way to get wet or just take in the scenery.

The Glasshouse Mountains have several walking tracks. Mt Ngungun is one of my favourites its an easy climb with great scenery along the way. Once you reach the top you can sit and take in the beauty of the Glasshouse Mountains and surrounding hinterland.

Buderim Waterfall, Gardners Falls and Kondalilla Falls offer a great walks  through beautiful rainforest and waterholes to swim in. For more details on walking tracks around the Sunshine Coast go to parks.des.qld.gov.au  .
